Killdeer Chicks:  3 to Go

The construction of Heron Hall was delayed due to a killdeer nest.  A nest was found on the day scheduled to pour the foundation.  Every day the contractor would come out and look at the nest. Since this kildeer nest was on the ground, everyone thought it might not make it, but it did.
Incubation is 22-28 days and  this nest made it to 30 days.
